Launch a bot
You set up and launch every bot from its coin's page (tradyn.si/app/coins/…). Open it from Discover, from New bot, or by clicking a coin anywhere in the app.
The coin's page
- At the top: the coin's ticker, name and age, a button to copy its address, its own links (X, Telegram, website) and its numbers: price and its 24-hour change, market cap, liquidity, 24-hour volume, holders and the share held by the top 10.
- In the middle: the chart. The horizontal lines are your plan's orders; the dots are the trades the replay made, green for buys and red for sales.
- Below the chart: the replay's result, the coin's trading costs, and About this coin when it has warnings.
- On the right (below the chart on a phone): the Launch a bot panel.
On a phone, a bar above the menu at the bottom of the screen keeps the launch at hand, wherever you are on the page: it recalls the strategy, risk and budget you picked, and carries the panel's launch button. Tap the bar's first line (Edit) to go to the panel. While the button can't launch yet, the bar says why: costs still being measured, a budget to change, a trading pause, or, with real SOL, the box still to tick (tap Accept the risks to launch to go to it). The bar steps aside while the panel's own button is on screen.
The Launch a bot panel
Strategy. Four tiles: DCA Scalper, framed, marked Recommended and selected when the page opens, then Grid Scalper, Dip Sniper and Momentum Rider. The line under them describes the one you picked and what it's best for. See Strategies.
Mode. Demo trades virtual SOL at real market prices; Real trades real SOL from your wallet. The switch only shows while the demo is offered. See Demo and real bots.
Budget. The SOL the bot trades with: 0.05 SOL at least. Use the quick picks (0.1, 0.5, 1, 5 SOL) or type an amount. In real mode, Max fills in your wallet's balance minus the reserve and a small margin, and the hint shows your balance and the 0.01 SOL reserve that covers network fees and comes back at the end. While real trading is in beta, a real bot takes 1 SOL at most: the hint says so, and the quick picks and Max stop there.
Risk. Prudent, Balanced (the default) or Aggressive. It changes how far the bot waits before buying, how far its targets and stops sit, and its max loss.
The plan. A few lines that say what the bot will do on this coin with this budget, for example:
- Range ±15% around the current price
- 6 steps of 5.17% (break-even is ~2.4%)
- 0.167 SOL per step
- Stops if the price falls 10% under the range
Press Customize to see and change every setting behind these lines. See Custom settings.
The summary.
| Line | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Cost per trade | What one trade, a buy or a sell, costs on this coin at your trade size, all fees included. Measuring… first, then measured, or estimate if it couldn't be measured. |
| Last 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days | The replay's result for the period picked under the chart, in SOL for your budget, and its number of trades. |
| Cashback | What the replay's trades would have given back to you as cashback, at your rate, on top of the result. In demo mode it adds real SOL: only bots trading real SOL earn it. |
| Moved to the bot wallet | Real mode only: your budget plus the 0.01 SOL reserve. |
| When you stop | Coins sold, SOL returned. |
Launch. The button reads Measuring costs… until the coin's costs are measured: plans are sized on the measured costs, so a launch on a rough estimate could set targets under the real break-even.
- In demo: Launch demo bot.
- With real SOL: tick "I understand this bot trades real SOL, that crypto prices are volatile, and that I can lose part or all of this budget…", then Launch with … SOL.
The bot's page opens. A real bot shows Bot created. Funding its wallet…, then Funding until its SOL lands in its own wallet, then Running.
Read before you launch
- The cost per trade. A bot pays it on its buy and again on its sale, so it only earns when the price moves more than twice this. On a coin where a trade costs 1.5%, a 2% bounce loses money even when the bot "called" it right.
- The replay. It shows how the plan would have traded over the last 24 hours, 7 or 30 days, with the coin's real costs. It's a look back, not a forecast. See The replay.
- About this coin. Every risk Tradyn detected, in plain words. With real SOL and a coin flagged as risky, the panel adds: High risk with real SOL: you could lose this whole budget, or be unable to sell.
Checks before a real bot starts
When you launch a real-SOL bot, Tradyn checks a few more things on its side. If one fails, the launch is refused with the reason under the button, and nothing is sent.
| Check | Why |
|---|---|
| The coin is read on the blockchain at that moment | The bot trades the coin as the chain defines it, never from a listing alone. An address that isn't a token, or a coin whose listing contradicts the chain, is refused. If the chain can't be read, try again in a moment. |
| Your wallet holds the budget plus the reserve | Otherwise the message says how much more SOL to deposit. |
| The budget is 1 SOL at most, while real trading is in beta | Keeps what an early problem could cost small. Demo bots and the replay have no cap. |
| The biggest buy the bot can make is quoted again, buy then sell | The whole grid at once, or the last safety buy of a DCA. If that round trip costs more than the limit for real-SOL bots, the message gives both figures: lower the budget or the order size, or pick a more liquid coin. A pool that is too thin, or drained just before, shows up here as price impact. |
| Slippage is 10% at most | Presets stay between 1% and 3%. Custom settings can't go above 10% (1,000 bps) with real SOL. |
| At most 10 real launches per minute | Limits what a stolen session could do in a hurry. |
| Trading isn't paused | During a trading pause, no bot can be launched or resumed. |
Any coin can be traded
Tradyn doesn't block a coin because it looks risky: it shows you the risks before you launch and lets you decide. The only coins refused are those that can't be traded correctly (not a token, or a listing the chain contradicts).
