Wallet keys
All your Tradyn wallets come from a single 24-word recovery phrase: your main wallet and the wallet of each of your real bots. You can export:
- the recovery phrase: import it in Phantom or Solflare to open your main wallet and every bot wallet there;
- the private key of your main wallet: import it to open that wallet alone.
For your safety, your keys are shown 24 hours after you ask for them, and then for 24 hours.
Export them
You'll find Wallet keys in two places: your account menu › Account, and the Wallet page.
- Press Request keys.
- Read the window, then press Request wallet keys. You may be asked to confirm it's you.
- Wallet keys shows Ready in …. Come back once the delay is over.
- Press Show phrase or Show private key, make sure no one can see your screen, then Show recovery phrase or Show private key.
- The phrase: write the 24 words down, in order, on paper.
- The private key: press Copy, then in Phantom or Solflare choose Import private key and paste it.
- Press Done. You can show them again until the 24-hour window ends; after that, request them again.
Cancel request withdraws a request at any time.
Import them in another wallet
Tradyn derives your wallets the standard way for Solana, the same as Phantom: your main wallet is the first account of the phrase, and your bots' wallets the following ones. The private key only opens your main wallet: to reach a bot's wallet, import the phrase.
Importing your keys elsewhere changes nothing in Tradyn: they stay the same and your bots keep trading. Don't move SOL or coins out of a running bot's wallet from another app: stop the bot first.
The security delay
While a request is open, a banner on every page of the app reads: Your wallet keys were requested … If this wasn't you, cancel the request and sign out everywhere.
If someone got into your account, they can't take your keys on the spot: you have 24 hours to notice. Press Cancel request, then Sign out everywhere (which also cancels any request on its way).
Anyone with these words or this key controls your funds
- Tradyn will never ask for your recovery phrase or your private key: not by email, not in a message, not on any page.
- Never type them into a website, and never share a photo or a screenshot of them.
- Keep them offline, somewhere only you can reach.
